Your orders

Your orders are as important to us as they are to you and we want them to arrive safely. All single cards are sent first class signed for, packaged in a poly pocket and card-reinforced envelope, once payment has been received and cleared.

Multiple items will be packed in a box for protection. We appreciate that postal charges have increased significantly recently so we may be able to deliver or meet to cut costs, please just ask. Please be specific about when your order is required and give us as much notice as you can. Handmade cards take time to conceive and create as they are unique.               

     

Wedding Packages

We can supply anything from individual items to a complete package including Wedding Planners, Save the Date, Day and Evening Invitations, Order of Service, Table Place Settings, Place Name Cards and Menus, even ‘Thank you’ cards, in fact everything a Bride could wish for. Whether you see just what you are looking for or you see lots of elements which appeal, the first thing you need to do is to get in touch and then we can advise you about what is possible - hopefully nothing will be impossible!                                     

Perhaps we can meet up to explore ideas together.  

Once you have an idea of which items you require, numbers and your preferences for style and colour we will send you out a quote.            We have a number of options we can explore to help us to deliver your perfect package within your budget. If the quote is acceptable and   you wish to proceed, we ask you then to send a small deposit, usually around £20, which is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from your total cost. We shall then send out a number of samples for you to see, feel and choose from, showing colours and a variety of layouts and font styles. Once you have decided on the details let us know and we will create a set of ‘final’ samples for your approval. Once agreed,  we will require a further payment amounting to 50% of the outstanding balance and then we will go into production.                                                                              

A final payment of the remaining balance will see your wedding stationery on its way to you.                                                                                                                       

After this stage, any further alterations may incur additional costs.

Your package will be posted to you as soon as your payment has cleared and will be sent first class signed for.  Alternatively, if  local, we are happy to make arrangements for delivery/collection to avoid the extra cost of postage.
